Added
Custom Answers
Custom Answers lets eligible Site Search customers define responses for specific searches instead of relying on AI-generated answers.
Go to Optimizations > Smart Answers > Custom Answers to create a Custom Answer. Enter your response and configure the keywords or phrases that determine when it appears.
You can specify up to 10 trigger keywords or phrases. When you configure multiple triggers, all of them must appear in the search query for the Custom Answer to be used. Word variations aren't automatically included.
You can create, edit, enable, disable, and delete Custom Answers for each Search Profile. Custom Answers are included when you copy an app or Search Profile.
For configuration instructions, see Create and Manage Custom Answers.
