- Crawler inclusion and exclusion search: Crawler Inclusions and Exclusions tables now include search controls that make long rule lists easier to scan.
- Copy App schema guidance: When Copy App fails because two schemas aren't compatible, the error message now lists specific fields or field types to help you decide what to fix.
Added
New features and functionality.
Crawl Now Button on Crawler Settings
For existing crawlers, the Settings tab now includes a Crawl Now button next to Save Changes.
Use Crawl Now from crawler settings when you're ready to start a one-time full crawl after reviewing or saving crawler configuration changes. The button uses the same one-time full crawl behavior as Crawl Now on the crawler list.
Search in Crawler Inclusions and Exclusions Tables
When creating or editing a crawler, you can now search the Inclusions and Exclusions tables.
In the Inclusions table, search filters the Rule Pattern column. In the Exclusions table, search filters the URL column.
This makes it easier to find existing crawler rules when an app has many inclusion or exclusion entries.
Improved
Improvements to existing features.
Copy App Schema Mismatch Messages
When Copy App fails because the source and destination app schemas aren't compatible, Site Search now gives more specific guidance in the error message.
The message lists up to 10 fields or field types that need attention. If there are more than 10 mismatches, the message shows the first 10 and uses an ellipsis to indicate there are more.
This gives you a starting point for comparing the schemas before you try Copy App again.
SearchStax Drupal Module Settings
The latest stable version of the SearchStax Drupal Module streamlines the Drupal configuration experience for Site Search. The updated settings page uses clearer Site Search terminology and helps Drupal administrators focus on supported configuration paths for search, analytics, and autocomplete. For setup and configuration guidance, see Ingesting Data with a CMS/DXP Connector.
