Updated Password Requirements

SearchStax Site Search has new, stronger password requirements wherever you create or update a password.

Requirements

Passwords must now meet the following requirements:

  • Be 15-64 characters long
  • Include letters and numbers
  • Include at least one uppercase letter
  • Include at least one special character (for example, !@#$&)

Where You'll See It

The updated requirements appear anywhere Site Search asks you to create or update a password, like the My Profile page.

Action

No action is required unless you’re creating or updating a password.
