Pending changes indicator in the navigation menu

Site Search shows a pending changes indicator next to configurations that have saved drafts that haven’t been published. These indicators can help you quickly identify configurations with saved drafts before you open them.

Blue dot next to Synonyms in the navigation menu, indicating pending drafts. The Synonyms page shows a banner that reads ‘You have pending drafts for Synonyms.’

How it works

  • A blue dot appears next to a configuration name when that configuration has a saved draft that hasn’t been published.
  • When a configuration has pending drafts, Site Search also shows an information banner on the configuration page using the same blue treatment as the navigation indicator.
  • The indicator updates when you save a draft or publish changes.
  • Indicators refresh based on the selected app, language, and search profile. When you switch apps, languages, or search profiles, the pending changes indicators update to reflect draft status for the current selection.

Configuration status banners

Site Search now shows more consistent notification banners across configuration states, including pending draft, saved draft, and published.

Billing & Payments renamed to Subscription

Billing & Payments is now Subscription (including the page label and the account menu label).

  • Removed deprecated tabs: Billing Information, Payment Method, Order History, and Invoice History.
     
  • Access to the Subscription page is aligned with plan and permission-based access. If Subscription isn’t available for your plan, or you don’t have the required access, the Subscription option isn’t shown in the UI (for example, in navigation or menus).
