Use a connector when you want Site Search to index content directly from a supported content platform and keep the index synchronized with content changes.
This overview helps you choose the connector that fits your platform. Connector setup temporarily branches into Connect Your Data for the detailed installation and configuration steps. Return to the implementation workflow after setup.
Prerequisites
- A SearchStax Site Search App with an Update endpoint and Read & Write token.
- The platform access, credentials, and deployment permissions listed in the connector-specific guide.
- A clear plan for the content paths, fields, languages, and environments that should be indexed.
Supported connectors
- AEM: Configure the Adobe Experience Manager Connector.
- Drupal: Configure the Drupal Connector.
- Optimizely: Configure the Optimizely Connector.
- Sitecore: Configure the Sitecore Connector.
- Zendesk: Configure the Zendesk Connector.
Verify your ingestion
- Complete the platform-specific setup and start an initial or full indexing run.
- Confirm the connector reports success and that expected content appears in the SearchStax index.
- Return to the implementation workflow by opening Search Preview and testing representative titles, fields, and URLs.
What’s next?
