Change or reset your SearchStax Site Search password from the login page or My Profile, and review the password requirements.
If you're locked out of your SearchStax account, use the Forgot Password link on the login page.
If your password is about to expire, open the Accounts menu in the upper-right corner and select My Profile.
On the My Profile screen, you can edit your first and last names and view your associated email address. You can't change your email address because it's your unique SearchStax user ID. Changing your email requires assistance from SearchStax Support.
To change your password, click the Edit Credentials button.
Passwords must meet the following requirements anywhere you create or update a password (for example, Forgot Password or Edit Credentials):
- Be 15-64 characters long
- Include letters and numbers
- Include at least one uppercase letter
- Include at least one special character (for example,
!@#$&)
