Subscriptions

To view information about your SearchStax Site Search solution subscription, open the Accounts menu in the upper-right corner of the screen and select the Subscription option. If the Subscription option is not available for your plan or permissions, it does not appear in the menu.

Account menu open in Site Search dashboard with Subscription option highlighted.

The Subscription screen summarizes your app usage for your SearchStax Site Search account and displays your current subscription status.

Subscription

The Subscription screen displays account terms, add-ons, and limitations. The environment-specific views described below apply only to accounts that support Sandbox Apps. For account environment behavior, see Production and Sandbox Apps.

Subscription page with app selector and panels for usage, add-ons, and plan details, including renewal date and status.

Depending on your plan and purchase model, the Subscription screen can include:

  • An App selector for viewing account-wide totals or an App-specific view.
  • Usage details such as Apps, monthly requests, and items.
  • Add-on details such as crawler limits and crawl frequency.
  • Subscription details such as plan, term, renewal date, and status.

Sandbox-Enabled Accounts

For sandbox-enabled accounts, Subscription separates Production and Sandbox usage views.

  • Environment-specific usage: Request and item totals are tracked separately for Production and Sandbox.
  • Separate enforcement: Production and Sandbox limits are enforced independently.
  • Production usage alerts: Request and item alerts are based on Production usage thresholds.
  • Deleted Production Apps: Current-month Production request totals can include usage from deleted Production Apps, and those requests are labeled in usage views.

Account-level plan details and add-ons are displayed in Subscription based on your plan and purchase model. For limit values and service terms, see Service Limits.

Accounts Without Sandbox Apps

Accounts without Sandbox Apps use the Subscription layout and combined Production-oriented usage model.

For these accounts, current-month request totals can include usage from deleted Apps. Subscription labels those deleted-App requests when they appear.
