Created an account by mistake? Want to cancel your self-service account? This page shows you how.
Note: If you're under contract with SearchStax, contact us to handle this task so we can attend to the accounting details.
Note: Only the Account Owner can close an account. People who've been invited to share the account can't delete it.
Close an Account
Open the Account menu in the upper right corner of the screen. Select My Profile.
Scroll to the bottom and click the big red button.
If you aren't logged in as the Account Owner, you won't see that button.
